Technical Advisor with over a decade of experience working with international and national NGOs, UN agencies, and development partners in Afghanistan and abroad. Holds a PhD, bringing advanced academic expertise alongside extensive field-based knowledge in humanitarian and development programming. Abdul Qader Qane

Mr. Qane is a Senior MEAL Specialist and Program Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in humanitarian and development programs in Afghanistan.
